GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS?
Please engage an experienced installer/builder to do any timber replacement if needed
Filling T&G gaps with filler is not recommended (once we see your floors we can discuss better options)
Sanding floors is a type of major renovation (there can always be minimal dust left afterwards)
It is best to refinish floors with renovations as late as possible to avoid contamination and damage
Carpets can cause fiber contamination so install carpets last

COATING RECOMMENDATIONS?
Color of finished floors will be dictated by your timber and your coating product choice
Non-toxic waterborne finishes will always provide a natural and lighter color of your timber
Sheen level of floor coatings can be adjusted - please enquire
Solvent based finishes will always provide a richer color and can darken or yellow up over time
We do not do oil or wax type finishes
